My Cutting so far

I started cutting Jan 1st.

Moderately restricted overall Cals, Carbs and Fat for the first 4 weeks. Allowed myself to cheat quite a bit.

Was 200.5 lbs and 13.7bf.

I am now down to 191.7lbs and about 10% BF.

Have used NYC at a really low dose. Just this week I started taking 2 tabs 2 times per day.

NYC kills my appetite. If I take it at 8am I don't feel like eating until 1pm.

been doing cardio 2-3 days per week which consists of 30 mins on the treadmill at 9min mile pace.

Have lost most visible body fat except for a little in the love handle and lower back area. Trying to use yohimburn on a consistent basis to knock that out.

Strength has been fairly constant.. maybe a 5% loss overall, but nothing significant. Dropped at least 1 inch from my waist.

I'll continue until Feb 15th when I go on vacation for a week, after I get back I will start bulking again, but this time with a clean diet. My first bulkin phase lasted a year.. I ate EVERYTHING possible.. high sugar, high fat, high protein, high everything. Gained 40lbs naturally though.

There is something psychologically defeating about being less then 200lbs now. My alltime high was 213.. it was nice being up at that weight although a lot of it was fat.
