My cutting diet

Hey bros, let me know what u think....

I have 6 meals composed of:

Wake Up
1 Cup Kashi Go Lean Crunch
-220 cal 32 carb 13 sugar 8 gm fiber 9 gm protein i believe
-I cup fat free milk
-Protein Shake

Meal example A (Atleast 3X daily)
I cup Brown Rice
1 can tuna
-seasoned to taste

Meal Example B (Used 2x Max daily)
Turkey Sandwich
1 Slice cheddar cheese

Post w/o
1.5 scoop Protein Shake
8 oz. white grape juice (approx 41 gm sugar)
Light yogurt

also have been experimenting with green tea (brewing massive amounts and making iced tea)

I have also tried cayenne fruit for an extra metabolic kick, but i seem to get heartburn every time.....lol so i went to 1 pill w/a meal

I dont think your getting alot of responses because it looks pretty good...that and the fact that you did not post your goals of this diet.
 
Well, i would say my goal is 7% bodyfat.......or to be able to

clearly see my abs....right now i would guess and say i'm around

10-11% I have used this diet to drop from 208 in Jan (which was

gained slightly sloppily) to 183 as of about 3 days ago. However

progress is beginning to slow and weightloss has pretty much

come to a halt, and I seem to be making constant improvements,

but it gets harder and harder. Any tips on getting that last bit of

fat off? Do u think i would be better switching up brown rice

w/brocolli or something like that?
 
I'd say ditch the Go Lean Crunch and go with regular Go Lean, and put 2 equals in it.

More protein, more fiber, and less sugar.
