My computer is invaded with Spyware

I have this blue search toolbar that appears on top of my screen every time I re-start my computer and I'm being blocked opening browsers like AOL, Yahoo etc. It keeps telling me page not found check your internet settings. Any ideas what to do with this?

Ad-Aware 6 should rid the comp of it.

Spybot Search and Destroy is good, too.
Spyware Guard is good too. Stays on all the time, and stops it from being downloaded.

I've got spybot search and destroy and it's not helping. Do you think Ad-aware will work better? How do I re-image the OS? Superqt, can I see a pic of your tits without the top? That might solve my computer problems.
