just read the 14page post above......didn't want to hijack, so here goes:
stats:
26, 5'8", 161lb, 12%
goal:
maximum LBM gain, 'regulate' fat gain
cycle:
400mg deca, 500mg test e / week (along with aifm)
pct:
hcg/clomid (do i need to specify details?)
diet:
training days~3300 cals/day ~400carbs, 250prot, 70fat
rest days - usually just cut carbs (and cals) down a good bit (almost naturally since pre/postWO make up large amts of carbs) and up omega fats
questions:
should i wait until totally after PCT before starting the T3, since its catabolic in nature?
and should i run the clen cycle and aas cycle concurrently? or start the clen mid-aas-cycle and continue it out until i meet it up with the T3 after PCT?
btw, i have 10000mcg clen and 6000mcg T3.
