I was under the impresion that taking r-ALA was pointless while in ketosis?????U said u take it with every meal thats has more than 2 grams of carbs??Is that while even in ketosis or did u mean the day or 2 after your carb up?
I was extremely tired yesterday...today I have "happy" pills and am much better...should of used an ECA last time too. I'm almost out though....I order some 7-keto and Ephederine HCL today, so hopefully it gets here quick.
Why do you say it is a waste of money to take it during the week? Is that your opinion or do you have a link to back that up? Every non-carbup day, I have a cup of coffee with skim milk and sugar. Once i'm in ketosis, i've never been kicked out due to the sugar and the skim milk. I'm pretty sure that's because of the R-ALA.

First of all, due to shifty food labels, you are likely taking more than one gram of carbs a day. Second, if you're not taking a fiber supplement, I feel sorry for you once "dump time" rolls around.
