My CKD log (6 weeks)

A little history--> I ran a TKD for about three months at the end of last year and lost about 20 pounds. Unfortunately, I didn't have a very good understanding of ketosis, especially all the things that will kick me out. I started a modified CKD about two weeks ago, but got sick for the last 5 days. Now I'm recuperated and started a CKD today.

I've seen several variations, but I'm planning to use Mr. X's CKD manual for the next 6 weeks and see how close that gets me to some defined abs.

The supps I have ready to use in addition to the basics recommended by Mr. X are Yohimburn DF, NYC and NYC+, and R-ALA for the carb-up days.

I take my measurements(weight, Ketostix) when I wake up in the morning before any cardio or food.

So here goes:

Start date: March 27
Starting weight: 190.0

Here's a pic from day one. I'll try and host it for non-plats. I'd estimate my bf% at 13%. What do y'all think?

Week 1

Well, "week" 1 is over. I stretched it out a little longer than a week for scheduling purposes around school and work and when I can get to the gym and what day would be the best for my carb-up. So my stats now are as follows:

Date: April 4th
Weight: 185.4

It's hard to say how much of that is water, although I know it isn't too much b/c I had prepped the day before for my initial measurements, and I keep a pretty accurate log of my weight every morning and my daily activities, but I also know I didn't lose 4 pounds of fat. Things really haven't been too hard. A couple of times I was ready for some carbs, but I was able to kill my cravings with some pork rinds.

On with week 2...
 
im interested 2 c how get on.im on a ckd also.can u post your diet and info on your w/o and cardio as u progress.good luck w/this
