Shipment from Costa Rica normally takes 7-21 days. During the holiday season I think we will see shipment delays, but not over 3 weeks, I hope.
I hope you get much benefit from your carao, as many others have.
CARAO INVENTORY
Carao inventory is critically low, and at current sales rates is expected to last only a few more days. As of this writing we have only 127 of the large (365 ml) size, and 31 of the small size. If you have any reorder plans before the next supply is available in March, 2003, I urge you to act quickly.
CARAO RESERVATION
We will soon begin accepting reservations of the next carao harvest, available sometime in March, 2003. We will require some prepayment for reservation of year 2003 carao. I will be announcing details of the reservation offer soon on our website (http://www.costa-rica-natural.com)
DOSAGE
Several individuals have inquired about an appropriate dose of carao for athletic use. There is a scarcity of information in this area, but with your feedback we will build up more experience as time goes by. The current recommendation is 2-6 teaspoons per day, in at least 2 daily doses.
Please try carao in different dosages and let me know your experiences through the online feedback form. Alternatively, you can contact me directly by email.
DILUTION
Our carao extract is absolutely pure and is extremely concentrated. You may want to dilute it in water to take it. We recommend you do not dilute it too much; it should taste pretty strong, I think.
Carao is generally taken mixed with milk here in Costa Rica. In this form it is very good-tasting, like "chocolate milk." However, I believe that if taken in milk, you may not get the full feeling that carao is famous for when taken pure or diluted moderately in water. Please experiment and report your experience to me or through the on-line carao-user's feedback form.
