well i'm a total newbie to photgrahy, but i'm learniing. I just bought a new Sony DSC V1 digital camera, and have been trying to learn how to use it.

This was my first attempt at tyring to take "portrait" shots. Like i mentioned above, I need to fix a few things in order ti imporve the quality of these shots.

I appreciate suggestions and comments on how to fix thsese photos.
