70% fat 30% protein, im eating 1855 cals. here it goes meal 1 4 whole eggs, meal 2 EAS protein shake wit 2 tbs olive oil, meal 3 can tuna 2tbs olive oil, meal 4 can of tuna 2 tbs olive oil, meal 5 can tuna 2tbs olive oil, meal 6 2 eggs, 1 yolk 1 tbs olive oil. this equates to 1855 cals around 150 grms of protein 155 grms of fat 4 carbs i weigh in at around 228 at around 15% bf what do you guys think

Problems w/ your set-up:

#1) not enough calories, not even close to BMR, your bmr is about 2700cal. You're in starvation mode.

#2) a little too much protein, lower by about 30-20g for now.

Fats 75% = 209
Pro 25% = 156

That's MUCH better then your old set-up. Try that, it should yield some good results. Just make sure to have a lot of healthy fats.
