my body temp is 96.4-97.4 what gives? its been like this for close to a year.
I never really checked it before. i am not cold......if anything i require more ac then other people. what does this say?

Not everyone is 98.6. That's just the average. Some people are 99.0 and some are 96.5 and everything in between. You're fine; you'll live, I promise.

becuase i take dnp from time to time......i wanted to becarfull and take my temp. even when i am on dnp it only goes to 98.5

Ahhhh I see..... Well bro, I'm in the same boat as you..... Basically, we have slow metabolisms.... Not much you can do about it, just plan on doing more cardio, and watch the diet extra hard when it's time to lean up..... Not to get on a anti DNP soap box, but DNP really seemed to slow my metabolism down when I came off it...... Making future diets harder to lose fat without aids..... That's just me though, not sure if it does that to everyone.... Just a heads up.....

Mine is usually low 97's, sometimes 96.9 when Im not sick. A cold will bring it up to mid 98's, the flu 101+. Highest I ever saw was 103 when I had an infection after a surgery.

Anyway not everybody runs 98.6.

Something else that is weird, I "feel" hot, hot skin, break a sweat with ease, wear less clothes than most people. Kinda strange that my internal temp is a bit low. Weird, but normal I guess.
