My back workout

I usually do high reps for my back but after reading needsize's 5x5 post and seeing how that methodology worked incredibly well for him, I figured why not give it a try for a few months.

Chins 2 x 10 (I didnt want to jump straight into rows)

Bent Rows 5 x 5 - 275lb. This is an exercise I've been slowly getting back into over the last month and my lower back doesnt seem to mind it at all, which is awesome. I alternate underhand and overhand grips each set & use a little hip
thrust on the last rep or 2.

DB rows 1 x 15 with 95, 1 x with 130

Curls 2 x 10 with 90 (I SUCK at this lift which probably goes some way to explaining why my arms are like pipecleaners :))

Partial deadlift/shrug/hold

On these I pulled up as hard as I could into a single shrug then held for as long as I could until I dropped the bar. Worked up to a top effort with 695 for an awesome finisher to a great workout
 
Looks like you had an awesome workout! Thats some nice strength! Also liked the trap bar dead you did recently as well Keep it up!!
