prolly not what you want to hear, but better layoff the heavy lifting and maybe back (and exercises that indirectly activate back) altogether. Rest bro. Holidays are coming up...good time to take a few weeks off. Even Running can be hard on your back when it's injured.

Maybe a recumbant stationary bike for a little bit followed by a lot of stretching. Take it easy bor.

don't push yourself too hard though bro just to keep your gains.

worst thing you can do is to further aggravate the injury. if you're on gear still you won't lose much of your gains if you take some time off/slack a bit.

beauty of da juice

of course if you do it off cycle, different story

Dude, as I said before, ask (tell) your doc for a script of Neurontin or Lyrica. These are low/non-controlled, non-opiod drugs that target nerve pain. You can also ask about clonazepam for neuralgia.

what is clonazepam the chemical name for kolonapin?

Not the chemical name, but the general drug name, yes. One of clonazepam's secondary uses besides anxiety or whatever is neuralgia. I used it for some time after my surgeries, as the tumor had eaten away part of my C7 cranial nerve. Ditto with gabapentin and pregabalin, but they're not addictive/abusable, so any doc should be willing to have you try them. They're relatively safe and well-tolerated.

well its true the spasm's won't go away ....so i should just ask for these

I used to take them but they only gave me the .5mg's which did not do much so hopefully he will give me the 2mg tabs

Try the Neurontin and Lyrica first. Your doc will be much more likely to prescribe one of those. Actually, I'd just ask about these three drugs and about non-opioid painkillers in general. See what he says. I don't know if these drugs would help, and he might not, either, lol, but it's something to bring to the table that can possibly help. Of course, the most important thing is finding the root of the problem.
