I have put together a routine with my freind ( Who is huge by the way )

I was just wondering what you guys on here think of it. I am getting plenty of muscle milk and i smoke weed and take sus and deca

Day 1

Flat Barbell Press

Flat Cambered Barbell Press

Flat Smith Machine Press

Flat Dumbbell Press

Flat Dumbbell Flyes

Flat Universal Machine Press

Incline Barbell Press

Incline Cambered Barbell Press

Incline Smith Machine Press

Low Incline Smith Machine Press

One Arm Cable Side Raises

Dumbbell Front Raises

Barbell Front Raises w/Barbell, EZ curl bar or Super EZ curl bar

Lying Barbell Front Raises

Cable Front Raises w/rope


Day 2


Pulldowns

Underhand Pulldowns
(palms up)

One Arm T-Bar Row

Dumbbell Row

One Arm Seated Cable Row

Barbell Pullovers


3/4 Deadlifts
(off bottom of squat rack)

3/4 Deadlifts
(off bottom of Smith Machine)

Rack Pulls
(start just above knee)

Day 3

EZ Curl Bar Curls

Standing Dumbbell Curls


Alternating Standing Dumbbell Curls

Seated Dumbbell Curls

Dumbbell Curl on an Incline Bench

Dumbbell Concentration Curls

Barbell Concentration Curls

Cable Curls
(Seated Cable Row Machine)

lose Grip Barbell
Upright Rows

Close Grip Smith Machine
Upright Rows

Deadlifts
3/4 Deadlifts
(off bottom of squat rack)
3/4 Deadlifts
(off bottom of Smith Machine)

Rack Pulls
(start just above knee)
 
YOU NEED MORE EXERCISES, 14 EXERCISES IN 1 DAY IS NOT ENOUGH.. STOP BEING A GIRL AND STEP UP!!

YOU SKIPPED A BUNCH OF EXERCISES ON DAY 1.
THE RETARD CABLE/PEC ROW
THE MORON DOES 100 SETS ON DAY 1 EXERCISE
THE PWNED ARM CURL

Stuff like that.
 
You lot are just jelous because your all 2 lazy to do as much work as me, you don't feel the pump that i do and all the guys that do my routine are hyouge, and they get into lots of fights and are really big and tuff because they take sus d-bol and winny and do reverse 4 skin pull downs.
 
what I have learned from some coool ppl...LESS SMITH MACHINE! More free weights! And that seems like a awful lot of exercises per day!
