I was at work and I hopped down from a platform maybe a foot and a half off the ground. My ankle twisted and made a crunching noise I've never heard, two separate cracks/pops. I couldn't put any weight on it for a few minutes, but I'm able to walk on it now. I should prob go to the emergency room in case I broke it but I'm gonna do the whole RICE bit and see where things stand in a couple days. Regardless, I'm probably done diving the rest of the season. God dammit this sucks.

Google how to wrap it right if you're not sure (trainer friend taught me that, there's a right way, which will help, and a wrong way, which can cause more harm). Pain is the body's way of saying "STOP THAT!" Ideally, rest it, but wrap it until you're able to keep it elevated and iced.
