Diet and training is what everyone always talks about? Yah thats mostly the key of steroids..and becoming big.. or whatever you want..but without actually tracking your progress you don’t really know how well your doing?... so the point of this thread is..that i need guys to start making journals..logs..whatever.. post em in the “ my anabolic cycle area” i can help most of you guys out and if i cant needto’s always there..Im encouraging you guys..to make some FUCKING journals
