What type of diet did you use? Example....

alright cozmo...ill PM it to ya along with Big andy.
I used 40-30-30 diet - a diet I got extremely sick of after a while.
But I kept on.

I didnt do a keto because in brazil there are no ketostix and its just harder to count stuff and i wasnt up for that at the time.

I took a while but here it is. This is great for you blood because you can look back and see what you were doing. That's what I do when I diet.
