My AB workout

I wonder what you thing about mu workout
I want to build mass and this time focus on my (upper) chest and biceps which the week part of my body.

A
legs:
squat 8-4
leg extansion 2-10
hamstring 2-10
chest
Bench press - 4-8
in the last one im adding whigt and 6 reps
upper chest with cabels 3-10
uper chest with dumbels3-10
triceps
barbell lying triceps extansion3-10\8
triceps extansion with cabels 3-10\8

B
back
bent over - 4-8
raw in a cabel machine 3-10
pully 3-10\8
biceps
precher 3-8\10
hammer with dumbels 3-8\10
shoulders
press - 3-10
dumbells to the sides 3-8\10
back shoulders with cabels 2-8\10
ABS
legs to chest 3-12
crunch mechine 4-12

I DO 15 MIN OF CRADIO IN THE END OF EVERY WORKOUT
