I plan on entering a 6-8 week cutting phase to hopefully drop some bf and lose the little left on my college gut before I start bulking. Appreciate any suggestions/comments.
I work out early in the morning, around 5:30 am.
Pre w/o: 2 ECA
Post w/o: 1 scoop Protein
2 tsp. glutamine
Meal 1: 1 cup oatmeal
2 Splenda
1/2 cup lo-carb syrup
Multi-vit, glucosamine, 5 flax pills
Meal 2: 1 chix breast
1 cup broccoli
Meal 3: 1 can tuna
1 tbsp. flax oil
glucosamine
2 ECA
Meal 4: 2 tbsp. ANPB
Meal 5: 1 cup egg whites
glucosamine
Meal 6: 1 scoop protein
1 tbsp. flax oil
2 tsp. glutamine
Totals: 1542 cal, 80 carb, 180 pro, 62.5 fat
The glucosamine is in pill form and an experiment to help aid an injury. I typically would keep carbs as close to zero as possible, but I figure I will give this a try.
