My 5th cycle overall

Its a mass cycle and I will be using all Chinese products as they are all good (from what I hear) and cheap.


Sust 900mg/weeks 1-12
Deca 600mg/weeks 1-12
Anadrol 1 tab/day for weeks 1- 4
Winny50mg tab/day for weeks 5-12
Arimidex 1 tab a day thruout cycle
Wil use postcycle clomid and Winny and Superclen to shed off some fat from the cycle

will eat 392 g Prot
432 g CArb
65g Fat

Im 5'6'' and weigh 196

either switch the anadrol for d-bol
or switch the deca for eq to help against gyno
since deca and anadrol aren't a good idea to use at the same time

Ill switch Dbol. I edited it but I have Arimidex on hand for 1 tab a day for the whole 12 weeks

Well, first off, after 4 cycles you should know now that you should probably use cyp or enanthate over sust. But I guess that's optional.

#2. Start the winny later and run it about 2-3 weeks past the sust/deca, right up until you start the clomid.

#3. Use the arimidex until the last day of clomid, not just for 12 weeks.

Check this out, just a few slight adjustments:

sust........900mg/wk..........1-12
Deca.......600mg/wk..........1-12
anadrol...50mg/ED............1-4
winny......50g/ED...............7-14
clen....................................15-??
clomid................................15-17
arimidex @ .25mg/ED........1-17

Looks alot better to me. Would look alot better with cyp or enanthate instead of sust.

sust is overrated. Just because it has four different esters doesn't mean it is four different tests in one. It just makes it harder to time your clomid therapy, and you usually pay more for it. I like cyp or enanthate, maybe even ara-test.

Jim the armidex is not going to prevent progesterone caused gyno. However if you are not prone to it it may not be a problem.

YEah Ill switch to the Cyp and change the Drols to 25 mg of Dbol a day. Arimidex and Winny will help with the gyno's

why the switch ? Sustanon is good stuff especially the chinese sust (with 50 mg of prop added)..... Never had any problems with that stuff.
