My 5day results on CKD so far...

In case anyone was curious or had any questions. This is the first time ever dieting I`m 34 years old 6ft 3 and started at 227-229 on Monday. It`s now Friday night and I weigh 220. It seems to be working.

I`m following the CKD meals exactly but the workout/cardio is a little different. I mostly have the same foods all day , like tuna every meal or chicken tenders the next day etc. with olive oil for fats everyday(flax just came in so will replace the olive oil) .

I don`t know what my fat % was or is, but definately seeing more definition. My abs are starting to show more.

Have`nt even started taking the NYC and ephedrine yet(still in mail) I`m sure that will boost things more. Hunger comes and goes but it`s easier than I thought. NO Problems so far... any ???`s I`ll be glad to try and help.
 
Im considering this aswell,but I get hungry alot even when eating 5-6 meals daily,I still need snacks,what do you have for snacks?
 
I don`t have snacks. I stick to the diet 100%. But I`m only on day 5 so who knows. Quite honestly If you like to snack and love carbs you`re going to have trouble. because I feel like eating a WHOLE DAMN PIZZA right now. lol but I don`t. I think it`s the oils keep me full.
Also I`m eating only solid foods no protein shakes I think that helps with hunger. I tried my first shake just now and I was hungry right after!
 
I find that people have the most problems w/ CRAVINGS and not hunger. I've known a person that ate 10,000 cal worth of carbs on a ketonic day due to super cravings. So, I applaude you for sticking it out. Good job at starting the "best" diet :)
