My 3rd Cycle progress - OMEGA project training

hey everyone

OMEGA has been working with me again on my current cycle. to give everyone here an idea of how im progressing heres some before and afters and also stats, cycle info etc.

THE CYCLE (as it stands lol)

1 - 14 875mg HG test (1ml sustanon 250 EOD)
1 - 4 superdrol clone 30mg/day
adex as needed

oh im on week 5 of the cycle

before starting this cycle i was sitting at ~ 189 lbs @ ~12% bf

currently 203lbs, solid. so thats 14lbs, no more than 2 or 3 lbs are fat this time which im happy about.

so im loving it so far to say the least. and when i end up shredded up properly this time no one will be able to wipe the smile of my face haha.

your estrogen must high. you look smooth and bloated in the afters and the acne is bad. you definately look bigger but smooth. im not trying to be disrespectful as you can see the size increase definately, but before looked harder and more ripped. depends on your goals. good work.

i can say from alot of test only cycle experience, i have had the same issues at times. not always easy to manage. i have found letro at 1/4 of a dose every 5 days does the trick perfect.

it is and he knows it, he is also deliberately having some spill over int into fat.........the stategy has to do with his split he is using and his body mass index

When he switches gears to the cut he will blow it all away with new cut growth.

the first pic next to the third pic on my second post says alot for Ozzie

he has not even used exotic cycles yet which make it much easier to get a polished look

I think he will blossom with the second phase starting in 4-5 weeks

he will drop a ton of water, get harder, and denser.

Just continue being methodical Ozzie like a Race Horse

awsome fucking progress bro. The sweat does add a smooth look, but regardless...are you fucking big?? Yes you are....So fuck it. Look at my avatar if you wanna see fat bro. Its last years pic but even in that pic I could have lost 20 lb easy.
I didnt care though cause at 6'0" I was still 272.
Keep posting pics bro and updating this thread. Omega knows his shit.
