my 3rd crappy cycle ends now.

so what should i do, end this thing, do some nolva? cause of the litlle andriol i have taken
or continue for a week more and hope for the best?
 
if you gained 15 lbs your gear is obviously doing somthing because the increase in your diet is not enough for that to happen...

i know, thats why im a bit confused.
what is a good strength gain for under just 3 weeks?

i gained 11 pounds over a week on the incline bench.
and also gained about the same on 2 exercises on my legs.
but since ive been on a diet i thought it could as much be just natural gaining.

but 15 pounds is pretty much i know.

ill go for 1 more week and see how it goes.

to be honest, i HAVE everyday looked myself in the mirror to see something new.
i thought that that when everybody says strenght throu the roof, they mean like 15-20 pounds or something, not just 10 or something=(

i have got little bigger arms, maybe little thicker back and more bigger trapz, legs have got a bit wider.
but i thought it was all from the water ive gained after eating all the food.

i guess i have to be patient.

i just want to be a beast! (but i seem small still)
if i would give it a week and not look myself in the mirror, will i see result next monday?

i was on a cut diet for almost 16 weeks (i was cheating alot thou)
couldnt that strength gain ive got comed from my rebound from that?
 
Get a blood test that will tell you if its fake!
