Depends on the situation.

I can go from giving people sketches of ideas on napkins and telling them where to get it built to doing working drawings of cabinetry that I'll hold on to untill I've been paid.

As far as after a piece has been made, or a drawing that never went beyond a drawing - eh I don't care. Working drawings have all the detail as to how you want the piece built and elevation of a piece offers little information to get an exact copy.

Little over a year ago I had started designs for a furniture line that I was going to put out but that has been put on the back burner for a while and no. no one will see those just yet.

Ultimately everything gets copied but it's just nice to get paid for your time and hard work even if it's just a one time thing.
