MY 18 WEEK SHREDDING CYCLE PLAN

WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?
WEEK 1 + 2: Clenbuterol (ramping up to 140mcg)
WEEK 3 + 4: ECA or Ripped Fuel
WEEK 5 + 6: Clen
WEEK 7 + 8: ECA or Ripped Fuel
WEEK 9 : Nothing/Clean
WEEK 10+15: 6 weeks of Oral Winstrol @50mg
WEEK 16+17: Clen + Clomid (standard dosing)
WEEK 18 : ECA or Ripped Fuel
WEEK 19 : Nothing/Clean

During Clen: Taurine/Potassium/Magnesium
During ECA: Tyrosine/ VIT C
During Winny: Nizoral Shampoo
NAC
Saw Palmetto
Multi-Vitamin
Vitamin C@ 2-3grams

This is leading up to a wicked holiday in Ibiza so I want the Winny to be out of my system and back to normal by the time I'm there.
Is 4 weeks out too much?

I'm currently around 13% Body Fat and 185lbs.
Goals are to drop down to 8% Body Fat and put on some mass.


What I'd like is some feedback on the construction of the above schedule.
I don't want to use other juice, Winny is all I'm ready for at the mo. It will be my second Winny only cycle.

what about diet?

That would be the most important thing..

I found that T3 really cut me up good.. the most I used was 50mcg per day...

But the plan looks decent in my opinion.
 
EL GAUCHO, bro, get anavar and make it a 6 weeker at 30-40mg and have a good clean diet-- you'll get shredded in no time, and while gaining SOME mass--- better than an 18 weeker and I'm not too sure if you could gain some mass if you're on fat-burning supplements 1/2 of the time-- be kinda hard when you're getting low calorie intake (to get shredded) and get mass at the same time bro..

Also I'm not a big fan of clen/eca gives me the shakes.

Just my opinion bro. 'Var is my best friend.

Diet is gonna be good, it always is, but it will be fine tuned. I only have one cheat day at the weekend, apart from which I follow a high protein diet. But we're on the Anabolics Board here, so I've left that out and want to focus substances to be ingested.

I also do plenty of cardio (X3-4/week).

As for T3, I don't want to mess with that stuff: heard to many negatives from bros about it.

MikeyG: Yeah, I hear what you're saying about the Var. Been thinking about it. As for growing during the Clen/ECA cycles: well Clen actually has muscle sparing properties and is a good anti-catabolic so I grow good when on Clen. In fact it makes me hard and tight which is exactly the effect I'm shooting for.

Any more opinions please?

Dial_tone: Yeah its just that ECA is way easier to get hold of here in the UK.
I forgot to include Milk Thistle whilst on. From what I hear its not that great though.
Apart from that it looks OK? Anything missing?

you can get pretty lean on that little cycle but this is all assuming that your diet is on point. I am running clen and it aint doing shit for me I am doin100mcg/ed i will be on some T3 in a week or two. Good luck bro, hit a.m cardio.
 
without seeing a diet or cardio schedule I'd say that lil cycle might cause you to lose 5lbs and gain it right back. You won't be shredded as your subject line had me to believe.

How is this so? You mean the Clen will cause me to lose weight, and the Winny will cause me to gain it back again?
If it helps: Training will be following a DC training method style
Cardio: Interval training 30-40 mins every other day (treadmill, bike, Concept, or Eliptical)

Diet: High protein (~250g),Mod Carbs and Fat, with no Carbs after 5pm. Only one cheat meal on a Saturday or Sunday.
Apart from that, totally clean foods.

What I'm more concerned about is the order of the Clen/ECA/ Winny. I want to be sure this is the best way to use these substances (WITHOUT adding others in to the equation).

No, Winny won't make you gain it back but Winny isn't going to cause much fat loss if any at all. After using Clen, ECA might allow you to maintain the weight loss the Clen has caused but it shouldn't cause a significant amount of loss either. From looking at this cycle, the Clen is the only thing you have that will cause a significant amount of fat loss if any at all. Clen doesn't cause fat loss for everyone. Clen also causes most of those that experience a fat loss while using it to rebound and gain the weight back. That's why we were asking about diet and cardio. They are the tools you need to get shredded and if the clen allows you to peel off a few more pounds then that would be great but your diet and cardio will have to be on the money to help keep the fat loss off.

Good luck and put more effort into the diet and cardio as opposed to the cycle you have listed here.

How about we forget about the subject title I chose. It should read: "my 18 week cycle plan"

I've used Clen extensively before and it does cause me to lose weight. However most of theis weight is fat: not muscle loss. I've never heard of Clen causing muscle loss?

The point of the Clen and ECA is to keep my metabolism up when cutting back the Calories.

I won't be using the Winny for fat loss. Just to gain a bit of muscle.
Fat loss will be taken care of by dieting and cardio. I follow a strict diet all year round and never go above 12% BF even when gaining.

I've been training and following strict diets for 8 years now. I'm more concerned about the length and order of the above cycle cos these are the areas I'm least experienced in.

Actually I'd probably run it like this:

WEEK 1 + 2: Clenbuterol (ramping up to 140mcg)
WEEK 3 + 4: ECA or Ripped Fuel
WEEK 5 + 6: Clen
WEEK 7 + 8: ECA or Ripped Fuel
WEEK 9 + 10: Clenbuterol (ramping up to 140mcg)
WEEK 11 + 12: ECA or Ripped Fuel
WEEK 13 + 14: Clen
WEEK 15 + 16: ECA or Ripped Fuel

Winstrol Weeks 1 - 6

RipD2DBone: Why would you put the Winny at the beginning? The reason why I've put the Winny towards the end is so I that I have as much of my gains close to my beach holiday.
In other words I want to look pretty pumped when I go: 4 weeks after my Winny cycle.:D
2 weeks of Clomid and Clen will cut me some more post cycle, then I'll take a rest and eat clean and cardio for the last 2 weeks leading to the holiday.
What d'ya reckon?

what do you weight now and how much do you want to loose

is there a reason you did not use anabolics all the way through..

even a low dose of test all the way through...
 
you guys are probably wont want to hear this but try the easiest way, run. you have 18 weeks no matter how bad your endurace is now in 18 weeks you could be doing 5 miles a day. You can also gain weight. I'm a boxer I work out at the same gym as Tyson he does sometimes 6 miles a day. If you put cardio in your workout you'll be at your weight within a month. Think of all the extra money you'll have to spend down in Ibiza. Just another option for ya.
 
I'm already running. Every other day. If not that:cycling.
I'm also eating very clean.
I need the extra "supplements" to take my physique to the next level.

Winny DOES burn fat. It heats the body about one degree. It preserves muscle in a very unique way. It will help big time in the quest for shred.
