THIS IS MY 1000th POST ON ELITE! HORRAY!

I figured I would use this post to thank everyone for the help over the years and to let everyone know that Im looking forward to helping more people over the rest of my time here.

This place has its ups and downs but overall this is a good place for people to learn, share, teach, and grow.

Hopefully we keep this place on track and keep this board a good place for people of all training backgrounds to come and find help to reach their goals!

I have seen the board slip in a day and everything go to shit. We always have to be on the look out for trouble :)
