Good strength for your age man! Being shorter definitely helps, bench was the hardest thing for me to get up when I was younger being as lanky as I was.

i def ignore drugs. alot of kids at my school do drugs. me and a couple of my friends i kno very well stay miles away from them. Even fball players at my school do drugs, then again its everywhere

seems like the kids at my school that smoke pot, do lcd and etc, it seems they are getting weaker(weight wise) and running slower for cardio day

Dont bounce the bar off your chest while working out. In fact youre really not supposed to let your upper arms go below parallel with the floor. I have 3 shoulder surgeries for all of that.

The Europeans seem to do the hover-over-the-chest thing more often that the Americans.

I dont even bench anymore, dumbell flat bench and incline barbell bench though. Just dont need my rotator jacked up again. Going too far down torques the rotator too much

thats good advice.....for a long time I thought the lower the better the stretch.....until I got a pec tear.....

Have you tried decline with an inside-ish grip and your elbows tucked in? That protects your shoulders really well and still gives the feeling (and benefit) of bench.

Agreed again. I switched to dumbells for flat and incline......humbling at first but def feels more stable, ironically........
