I once was charged with a hate crime, AFTER BEING JUMPED AND ASSAULTED by 4 black guys. Whe nI was by myself.. They basically didnt like that i had a fine woman with me and starting saying racist comments,.... like Holly got a cracka.... Yeah real funny.... What if I said Holly got a nigga? Anyways, shit got a little heated and one of them hit me accross the the side of the face with a FULL Fourty OZ Bottle ( no Shit). I ended up only getting hit that one time and went BALLISTIC, I ended up with a 22 stitches in my neck, and it blead like a mother fucker. Well, in the midst, I knocked one completely out and broke one of their jaws...... GUESS what, they said I approached them and called them NIGG-----. BULLSHIT.

I was charged with two assault causing bodily injury charges and A HATE CRIME.... They were saying I could get 15 YEARS!!!!! For GETTING JUMPED AND HIT WITH A BOTTLE??? What the fuck?

Anyways, I got the hate crimes dropped in a plea but still have the two assault causing bodily injury... Guess what they got charged with? NOTHING....

Oh yes, and I had to pay the little fucking thugs hospital bills, as well as my own... about 8,000 in the end, the big one was the broken teeth and jaw...

Nice system huh????

And yes I had a good lawyer. He said we hada 70-30 chance of winning he thought... I took the plea and paid the money.. 15 years for getting jumped... I dont think so.

Fucking pisses me off to this day, cause i have a lot of black friends and am not racist at all. In fact, I just joke with people cause race is so played out.... You can call me whatever you want, cracker, whitey... who gives a fuck, but when start letting the guilty parties go and prosecute the innocent, BECAUSE THEY ARE WHITE....... That is fucked up.
