Hey bro's..I am finishing up a "Bulk" cycle and have 2 weeks left on it and then start my summer prep with my DNP/Clomid therapy. This is what I am planning to do and would like your opinion...this should take me through out summer. I start DNP the Day I start Clomid therapy and hopefully this will help me retain more of my gains while reducing a good deal of body fat as well. I am going to start off with 200mg/Day of powder DNP for 7 days and then bump it up to 400mg/Day for about 2-3 weeks depending on how I feel. I have read a ton of info and talked to many people. I have all the anti-oxidants and am taking all the steps to make it as safe as possable and as tolerable as possable. I am going to be following a 50% carb, 40% protein, 10% diet while on the DNP. While on DNP I will train very light if any at all and will not be doing cardio. After the DNP is over I am going to take a week or two off and hit pgf2a focusin mainly on my bi's, tri's and dealts. I'm going to start off low and work my way up from there. I haven't figured out the doses yet as I am still reading and taking in opinions so any opinions on that are welcome. I plan on using the pgf2a for about 6 weeks and then I jump right into my next cycle of Test Prop-Tren-Liquidex
Prop at 100mg/Day for weeks 1-10
Fina at 150mg/Day for weeks 1-10
Liquidex at .50mg/Day for weeks 1-13
I am going to give E/C/A another try as I have been taking hydroxycut for a while now on and off and the anxiety has been pretty tolerable. So I am going to Cycle E/C/A 2 weeks on/1 off through out the cycle. I am going to be doing cardio 4 times a week in the morn and training in the pm. I am going to be following a diet of about 2800-3100 cals a day from the start of the pgf2a use through out this cycle. It is late and I will post my diet in this thread tommorow cause I am to lazy to write it out right now :) I know I forgot a lot of stuff but it's late and I still gotta inject lol! If ya;ll have any questions or would like to give your opinions/advice on this i'd love to hear it. Thanks

Bro, it looks awesome to me! I really like how you admited to still be researching things, and how you are really looking for input, unlike the people who write "what do you think?" and then get pissed if a person replies! But all in all, I like your plan. It seems very well thought out. I am sure you will have no trouble obtaining your goals. Best of luck, and please post some results when you are done. :)
 
good luck and keep us updated on the pgf2a... that stuff really intrigues me.... ok to be honest scares the hell out of me.

your a good bro, but I would like to hear more about your training plans...remember drugs are great but a true body is created by pushing the body to the verge of no return daily...
 
Is 150 mg fina ED alot of tren? You don't have prog sides? I have itchy nipples with 1/3 of that dose so I need winny. How do you feel with 150 mg ED?

M-18, everything looks good brother. The only idea I don't like is taking so much time off. Start hittin' the weights right after the DNP is done with. But that's just me! :D

start with .5cc of pgf2 in one area and see how your sides are. Then move up slowly from there. 2cc knocked me on my ass! Good stuff though just be smart and remember that if you inject sub q and not instramuscularly you will get bruising.

Monday-Chest, abs and Tri's
Tuesday-Back, Bi's and forarms
Wednesday-Cardio in the Am and Legs
Thursday-Dealts and Tri's
Friday-Abs, Bi's and forarms
Sat and Sun are both cardio in the AM
For the cardio I plan on doing it for about 30-45min a day at a medium pace on the treadmill and stairclimber. Also will start swimming as it gets closer to summer in placement of the stationary machines. My weight routine will basically be what it always is, heavy weight and low reps with very high intencity. My diet will consisty of complex carbs except for post workout when simple carbs are a must. I will post my diet later today as soon as I get more time as I have to run outta da house for a couple hours. I find traing my arms 2 times makes a huge diffrence for me as they have grown a lot more that way. For example, one day I'll hit really heavy basic movements on the bi's and the next time I train them i'll do more isolated bicep exersizes and that has seemed to work great. Any other opinions or questions, I'd love to hear em

I like your routine and I do the same thing with arms but I can't handle having leg day after back day. My lower back is way too fried from the heavy DL's to do squats correctly.

Thats funny cause I seem to have the same problem but I like to give my upper body at least one day rest in between so thats the reason I do legs Wednesday, to bad we can't have an 8 day week eh heh heh heh

Oh yeah...Also might add in some yohimburn if I can come up with any more $$ as I feel it would be a great addition and I would also like to try it :) Man, Imma be broke after this one heh heh heh

You can try:

Sunday: Chest/Triceps
Monday: Off
Tuesday: Legs/Calves
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back/Traps/Biceps
Friday: Shoulders/forearms
Sat: Off

shoulders after back isnt too much of a problem for me, and I do heavy deads on back day and olympic standing push presses for shoulders.. so if it should bother anyone it should bother me..
