Been off test c for 5 weeks now.. 3rd week of pct with nolva.. Been experiencing really bad muscle cramps in my abs, hamstrings, biceps, forearms ect. After training. I drink about 2 gallons of water a day. Sodium is 2,000 mg a day. I eat a banana a day and magnesium I take 450mg a day.. I can not figure out why I am cramping so bad. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
