Well after a major split from my girlfiend/best friend of five years... I'm on the verge of starting a new cycle...I'm currently 220-225lbs @12-13%Bodyfat....I want 240lbs @12%....This will be my first time running insulin so I'm hoping to see some good growth from it...
Test 750 mgs a week for 20 weeks
Insulin post workout 10 i.u.s weeks 7-20
Tren @75mgs @day weeks 12-20...
I'm switching it up a bit to hopefully throw my body for a loop when it hits a sticking point...If you guys have any suggestions they would be appreciated
