muscle twinge???

I just tried doing my 6th jab and pin went in OK. Nearly at an OK depth and then my muscle twinged/spasmed?? What happened?

Thats nuthin, during and after my last cycle a muscle in my front left delt twiched non stop every 10 seconds or so for about three weeks strait. I thought I had neurological damage or somthing. It was the weirdest thing.

Yea that twitch happend to my delt for a few days then it went away, I think that the nerve regenerates itself after being damaged
