No. In fact the opposite. Especially if you look at what the ingredients are

I am not sure which muscle tech protein you are referring to but the phase 8 protein has 7g of carbs per scoop.

That is ALOT of filler. A good quality protein powder should only have 1-2g carbs per scoop

I would look for one with around 5-6 total ingredients. You want to make sure it is a pure whey isolate and is sweetened with stevia.
