Practice,and practice some more, using a mirror of course
 
^^^definitely practice and the mirrors really help too, especially if you can get a few so you can see your back. I found in person coaching invaluable, as well. They can give you those little tips you'd never think of and watch you objectively as well. I've never googled or looked on youtube to see if there's "how to" videos. For me, the mind/ muscle connection also came with practice and really focusing on that moment and the muscles I was flexing.
 
Lol good thing my place is filled with mirrors. I find the most difficult Is my lats, shoulders, and hamstrings. But all I can do is just keep on practicing!
