Muscle Pains

I was training 2 days ago but my muscles are still sore to streach. should i wait until they are fully recovered before i train again or just go ahead with my rountine.

is it worthwhile to train with sore or slightly sore arms?
 
I read an article a while back in M&F that says its fine to lift if you're still sore. Just so long as you didn't pull anything and got some rest.
