Muscle Milks glutamine peptides?

Are these the same as in Gplenish? Also, I got the orange creme, and it kinda sucks, the strawberry's OK. But which of the flavors did everyone seem to think tasted SOO good on a thread a while back??? thanks

theres is a good product from what I heard

the peptides in there prodcut are a naturally occurring as a result of the process they put some of there Whey under.

they differ from ours in the peptide also the amount you get is not as musch as if you were to use a table spoon of Gplenish added to a whey


there is some but not as much as a pure peptide

Is the choc. milk flavor all chalky too? Both Orange Creme and Strawberry are super chalky. You can just feel the chalky stuff sticking to your teeth as you drink it down, its pretty foul. I love the taste of Myoplex Original-Strawberry. Anyone know any proteins that taste similar, but w/ less carbs?

i don't find em "chalky" at all.... the chocolate and vanilla flavors are bomb to me with skim or 1% milk

i don't find the chocolate chalky. but after you mix it in the blender, it seems to seperate a bit and most of the powder sort of thickens on the top, just give it a quick swirl and drink it down.
