and protien that absorbs slow doesnt mean that it is bad...if your body absorbs protien too fast it cant use all of it and then burns it, throws it away, or converts it and stores it.
You need fat in your diet, and this is the best kinds of fat you can get, because they are used as fuel right away sparing the burning of muscle and protien
you always get an insulin spike after a workout or meal, so there isnt much need for too many sugars in your diet.
and as for the taste it is the best!
