thx :)

What will it do for you? Nothing other than provide you with extra protein, carbs and fats (medium chain triglycerides). Nothing magical in this product.

That is a very generalised question, but ...

Cytosport's MuscleMilk is a whey concentrate protein supplement. It is very high in fat and saturated fat per serving. If your nutritional intake is already high in cholesterol then the addition of saturated fat will become a problem. MuscleMilk also does not contain creatine. What it does contain is a creatine precursor. What this means is that it will cause your body to synthesise its own creatine, under the right conditions. However, their creatine precursor is practically the last ingredient on the list next to artificial flavours and two artificial sweeteners. Each serving (75g) of MuscleMilk will provide you with 348 calories, 18g of fat (8g saturated), 12g of carbs (6g of sugar), and 32g of protein.

This supplement should only be used under the following conditions:
  • you know what your daily caloric requirements are
  • you are bulking
  • you have a structured resistance training program (3X per week, minimum)
  • your nutritional intake reflects the high fat content of this one supplement

Try to be a bit more specific if you have a follow-up question.
