Gym just got into this Muscle Milk craze........ They used to offer a post workout Shake but now all they have is Muscle Milk... I had gotten into the habit of grabbing a RTD at the gym so stopped bringing my own then yesterday went for one and all they had was the MM.
Got one cause I really needed something. Then hell that damn thing made me feel guilty for drinking it... it tasted that damn good. (banana cream
)
Now the only issue I have with the MM is the fat content. I know PWO fat should be a no no.. right? (maybe I am mistaken).
