Looking to hear from anyone that's tried muscle milk. I'm looking at changing up proteins and wanted to know what people think of this protein. Good, Bad etc.
I liked it, it tastes good and mixes very well with water. I used it for a mid day protein shake and not post workout. I prefer Recover X for post workout.
Too much fat for me personally, like to keep it real lean and get my fats from almonds and flax oil. Tastes great definitely, but not worth all the fat cals when a whey without the fat tastes about as good.
