Muscle Milk

I just finished a tub of Vanilla...Very good I might add. So last week after drinking a couple vanilla shakes I ordered a tub of banna creme and choc PB. EatBig, I think the choc PB tastes pretty good. I like PB though too. But vanilla tastes better. Banna is really good too. Finally I've fount a good tasting protein powder. It's almost a cross between protein shake and a MRP isn't it? Since good fats are usaually utilized similar to carbs.

by the way, if you look at wholesalersuperstore.com they sell a tub for $18. I paid $36 at a local store. It was almost as a buy 1 get 1 free even with shipping

just got banana creme- pretty good- could be a little cheaper, but good.
 
yes but is MM more beneficial than Whey protein because i heard whey protein is the best (not tasting but beneficial for lifting) does n e body know
 
Mother's milk is geared in a way of 50% slow break down, and instant protein. I still drink it after workouts with choc syrup for sugar so the protein is used fast. This is why:

See Mothers milk is really a advertising term. It's about 40-50% casein (long lasting protein or slow breakdown) 50-60% whey, and about 17% lactoferrin with no beta-lactoglobulin. It does contain alfa lactoglobulin. Which means it's pretty diff. than cow's milk that contains 80% casein and 20% whey, 1% lactoferrin. Lactoferrin is a major booster for the imune system. It's also know to help kill cancer cells. Also is very anabolic since it's been proven to speed tissue re-growth.

Basically you can almost mix half whey, and casein to get the desired results, but without the lactoferrin, which I think is why it's expense and a verry good supplement. And shit, MM tastes damn good. I just order a 5lb tub of 50%whey conc/isolate for other shakes during the day and after drinking MM, I'm about ready to throw it out. I don't think I can drink anything else now.

really? i remember the chocolate peanut butter to taste somewhat "burnt" almost bc the peanut flavoring tastes like its been burnt, weird isnt it? im sure it still tastes better than almost any other protein supps out there still. muscle milk is a very good product. the mocha joe has caffeine, if you want it in the AM try that, itll give you an extra jolt.
