First off let me say great site you got here!!! I have been in and out of the Yahoo steroid groups for years but yours is by far the best.my question is this anyone on muscle milk?if so how is it i am looking for a good post workout shake. Also see its a fat burner. It doesn't have ephedrine in it?

just do a search on the subject Musclemilk. I recall a few threads that were posted within the past few months that do into detail about muscle milk. BUt if you want some quick facts:
Great tasteing
high quality protein
Helps increase natural creatine production
contains "Leanlipids" which help topromote leanness
contains Secretory IGA which helps prevent overtraining

I know the Dr. that actually designed and created the mixture. He stated that he actually produced it to be drank before bedtime, but the manufacturer added on the label that you can drink if before or after a workout. I have tried drinking it all three ways, and i have found from personal experience that it helps keep me in positive nitrogen balance if i drink it at night, and my muscles feel fuller in the monring, not as flat as they used to. And its low priced. I recommend the vanallia. and the best way to describe the taste, i tell people it's like opening a box of vanilla cake mix and mixing it with 2% milk. I know this isn't much info, but i would recommend a search of the subject.
Good luck

thanks bro for the info sound like a good choice as a post workout shake one question since it has no creatine it increasing your body's natural production of creatine would you want to take a creatine supplement with it?

you can still suppleement with a creatine product. I'm not too big of a fan of the sugary products like cell-tech, cause i like to stay lean. I supplement with regular powder GNC brand creatine....it seems to work.....i even asked the Dr. who designed musclemilk and he actually said that supplementing with creating woudln't be bad. he just reminded me to make sure i stay well hydrated. HOpe this helps.
