Going to the outlet tonight and either buyinh a couple of jugs or just going back to some same old double rich chocolate ON......starting my lean mass cycle Sunday, add it or nix it?
theres gotta be some middle ground. Its not the best, but it sure tas5tes good and can be found for really cheap on the net. I still use it, but stock up on a couple others just to keep it interesting.
I like the idea of pure protein because then you can add/customize (add sources of carbs, fats) it the way you like to fit in with your dietary regimen. Muscle Milk on the other hand is already a customized blend of whatever - it's nice if it's conducive to your diet, but if not, go with what's cheaper and more practical!
BTW, there are other similar products on the market, like SAN Infusion, and Dymatize something, etc; i'd go with straight protein though, maybe something from customizer, or proteinfactory
The way I want to use MM is one scoop MM with one scoop pure protein - however I need to find a new protein because this choc. ON is bloating me. So instead I take the regular dose of MM with some frozen strawberries or blueberries -tastes great!!
