Muscle Milk....all hype?

Maybe so, but if your body is stuborn to get down to a certain weight then you might have to stay away from it for awhile..I stayed away from it inorder to get down to the weight that I wanted to be at....after I got down to my ideal weight, I had some dairy sometimes...

If your having problems droping weight and losing BF then take it out of your diet..You could take 1200mg calcium pills with magnesium in order to get your daily calcium..
 
I drink it 3 times a day in addition to my 3 meals. Been doing it for about 5 months. No gain in body fat. No loss in body fat either. It taste f'ing awesome. Banana creme, mocha joe with added caffeine in the morning. Stay away from Rootbeer, chocolate peanut butter, strawberry banana they suck.
I wouldnt worry about the calories. I've been clean for about 10 years now. I put on about 20 pounds(15 of muscle) since January using Elite K, NO2 and Muscle Milk. Say what ya want its been working for me.
 
I don't really care about the calories or fat in muscle milk but is it worth the expense?

I can get 5lb of whey protein for the price of a muscle milk 2lb container. Are there any proven health benefits? or should I save my $ and buy optimum nutrition protein.
