so its the offseason for football and ive been busting my ass. Im thinking about starting to use MM.. im already eating things like oats,milk,meats, etc. My question is, is MM gonna be ok for me to use im going into my Jr. year

Muscle milk is a pretty decent protein supp. Most people reccomend getting 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, so try to figure how much protein you're getting from your diet, then you should know how much more you may need.
I can't figure out how an athlete could ever test positve from a protein supplement.
