Hi,With the help from the bros here I was able to bring out a lot of things together.Just another question:A workout session has to be 45 mins and a max 1 hr for cardio
Now the ques is thatwhile oncycle,If I have to go for my college sports the cardio session well excedes 1 hr(2 hrs approx)which is bad for muscle gains
Also when i workout with weights,I need atleast 1 hr or 1.30 mins to be content with the workout.
So to curb the catabolism If I pop in amino acids tablets inbetween workouts
Say 8-9 Amino tabs(15 grams protien) 3 every 15 mins would that help he with retaining muscle.......
The Traning I go is a min is a 3 day a week(2 hours approx)
