Excuse my ignorance.

After finishing a cycle can you expect to maintain your size increase with regular workouts or will it inevitably go away?

PCT used? undetermined

Age? 24

Diet? Good diet... very low body fat.

Weight? 170 6'2''

Type of training being used on and off cycle? Don't understand the question

If you are above the genetic limit your body can support naturally, you will not be able to hold the mass without some sort of help :) . Otherwise you should keep everything except excess water with a proper pct, provided you keep eating and training.

first off you should do some more research into the use, effects, side-effects, and benefits of the use of aas.
second you deffinetly need to do more research into pct. this is a very important aspect of using aas.
third research more on dieting. on how to diet while on and off. really there is not much difference there.
fourth talk to people and find out a good training regimine to use while on and off. if you didnt understand the ? then you need to do more research before you even consider aas. typical types of training are strength training and body building. this can be expanded greatly from there.
good luck to you in your quest.

Thanks for the info.

About the type of training... I just didn't understand the semantics of the question. I'm doing strength training.

I guess the forum probably has a lot of information. I'm a newb... so once again excuse my ignorance. I'll poke around the threads.

Cheers

also good to know what the halflife is of the gear you are using. such as, sust. will be about 4 weeks after last shot. propionate will be about 3 days.

Its all about genetic limits...once you exceed it you are just asking to lose everything above that limit until you start another cycle, you will find this limit sooner or later as you continue to bounce above and below it depending if your on or not, good luck buds keep packin the pounds on

At 24 years of age, 6' 02" 170 lbs, I would think it possible to keep a good portion but again, there are a lot of factors that come in to play with that. How long have you been working out and what type of cycle were you thinking of?

well it is about genetics and proper nutrition. and depends on how much fat you are wanting to hold.

early on i did small cyles adding like 5-10 lbs hear and there and had no problem keeping my gains.. till i reached a certain size.

mirz, Outtlaw gave one of the best answers you're probably going to get to that question.

As many have said already, do some personal research online on AAS and half lives, how to train when on/off cycle (do not take this for granted if you are going to maximize potential of AAS and not overtrain/undertrain when off cycle to sustain your gains), and diet essentials to support and complement the AAS you choose.

Stick around, keep asking questions, these bros will really help you. I feel like I learn something valuable every week. Good luck to you.

This depends a lot on your genetics. I'm much bigger now than I was when I was natural, but not as big as I am when I'm on. Some people lose most of their gains, while others only lose a little. It also greatly depends on the doses you're using and how much above your natural level are you when you come off.

Yeah lot's of knowledge on this forum... a lot more than the one I used to go to. Thanks for all the info.

Im 23 @ 6'1" and used to weigh your weight...i would have to say that keeping your calories high even after you get off is your best bet along with a good pct....I know that my system shuts down hard and i loose alot of weight...so my genetics wants to stay at about 200 pounds, i imagine you might be the same way once you start

but like everyone has been saying "everyone is different"

from my experience, keeping in mind the use of proper PCT, ive been able to keep about 50% of my gains from an oral-only cycle (as long as my calories and protein stay up and im taking creatine, NO2, bcaa supplements, etc) and about 70% from injectables as long as i keep up with a rigorous lifting and eeating routine.
