Muscle Loss during a Cycle

All the research that I did before participating in my second cycle is being questioned. Long story short, with the cycle mentioned below or any AAS cycle for that matter, can a person still loss muscle? My main objective is loss 7-10% bodyfat and I thought it is/was possible with the right diet and workout but I was talking to someone and he told me that 7-10% loss is expecting alot. He said it is possiblt to loss muscle on juice. Any input would help.

1-12 400mgs primo
1-4 500mgs enthate
9-12 50 ed winstrol

I'm 6'1" 232 lbs 16%bodyfat, lifting for 5 years. This is my second cycle.

Help my out bro's, I'm second guessing myself. Thanks.

You seriously think you can go from a chubby 16% BF to a contest ready 6% BF in 12 weeks? Thats dropping 24 pounds of pure fat! No way you will be able to get that lean that fast. Its just not happening.
 
unless you stop eating and are doing a lot of drugs I don't see how you would lose muscle with that cycle.

And AS is right, I think your goal of dropping that much bf in one cycle is a bit of a stretch
 
Understood, but I'm a person who tries to aim higher than reality. I am aware that losing 20-25 lbs of fat in 8-12 wks is a stretch. But the main question still remains to be answered. Can a person lose muscle on juice?

Of course, if you lower your calories, and especially your protein, so low that the body needs to break down muscle to survive then it is possible.

Now Is it possible to lose fat and gain muscle simuoltaneously during a cycle ? Sorry I know these are basic questions but I been bumbarded with B/S from assholes who think they know what their talking about. And I'm second guessing everything.
 
Second, cycle.. allot comes in mind.. For one, it will not be the same as the first one. Assuming that your did an intelligent 1st cycle. For some reason the body adjust. I have seen people taking up the a year and still dont get the dramatic response of the first cycle. NOw that doesn't mean that you will not gain from proper and spaced cycles.

From reading your post, is appear that your main goal is to loose fat and preserve your muscle. For this matter, Primo and Winstral are great, but Entha.. hmm.. why?

Primo and Winstral are proven susbstances for cutting. All testo will make you retain liquid. (more red blood cell, water, etc). May be is to keep your strength during the cutting cycle?

In all truth, why do a cycle for cutting. Better save the juice and up-regualte your receptors (with time off). You can loose fat and retain your muscle by simply taking Clenbuterol & Ephedrine-aspirin-cafeine stack.

A quick review, steriod don't create muscle, they create the proper enviroment (positive nitrogen retention-protein sysntesis, Block cortizone,etc). Provide with hihgh intensity training and proper diet, YOU will build muscle.

To burn fat, you need to adjust your diet. The basics for this is 1.5gm/lb of protein, 1/4 body weight in fat, and cycle your carb intake. This prevent your metabolism from slowing down. More of this in P.M.

Simply put, try to loose yout fat without the juice, modify your diet, and preserve your muscle. Once you have lost some fat and maintain your status, you can consider a bulking phase..

Yes, if your running the right AAS along with, say, Clen and T3, maybe even throw in a OTC fat-burning supp, this can be accomplished. I think there are better ways of going about this (i.e.- Bulk for awhile, then cut for awhile seperate) But whatever floats your boat. It really boils down to diet.
