Muscle Loss After Cycle

Ok, so I see a lot about guys losing some or all of the muscle gain from gear right after their cycle. Let's hear you guys strategies for as little as possible muscle loss.
 
not totally, but that will help you from losing all your gains. im not sure if there is a way to totally prevent any loss post cycle. if there was, it would be the main topic of this forum. bump on any other routines
 
It depends how much you were using and how much muscle, not weight, you gained during the cycle. If you do proper PCT, keep your cals high, and keep training hard you'll keep most of them. It is genetically dependent too. Some keep most and some lose most. People with fast metabolisms have to be very careful during PCT. I always reduce my frequency to training 4 days a week when off and 5 days a week while on.
