Muscle Fatigue: Causes and Solutions

I have been out of the gym for a while and have started back and while lifting I am experiencing major muscle fatigue maybe by my 2nd excercise. Do you guys know of any supplements/vitamins/foods that can curtail this at least until my body re adjusts to the training?
 
Not much you can do bro. Your body is not used to it, give it a month and you should be readjusted. Muscle memory is a great thing!
 
Yeah what BK said and I know it sucks! Just make sure your getting in plenty of carbs and eating all around good enough. I'm done about 75% faster when I don't eat enough carbs before I workout.
