I tried tons of different multi's the most expensive being Ortho-Core. I never noticed anything from taking multi's I always looked to them as being a preventitive maintnence. Food is the best source of you vitamins and minerals, that is the way your body is desinged. Some even argue your body doesn't absorb supplemental vitamins. Anyhow I go to fit day and add my diet on there and it tells your micro, macro nutrients. I can see what vitamins and minerals I am deficient in. I go with a cheap multivitamin by CustomCapsule just to supplement with and realy on my diet to get the most nutrients from. Hope this helps.
